Nestled in a neoclassic palace refurbished to perfection, Exe Laietana Palace Hotel marries old-world charm with modern comforts, ensuring a memorable stay. Located conveniently near El Palau de la Música, we found exploring Barcelona from this base a breeze. The proximity to the vibrant old town, La Rambla, El Born, and Barceloneta enriched our experience, offering a true taste of local life.Our family retreat was elevated by the spacious room appointed with a king-sized bed that felt like a cloud. The highlight was undoubtedly the terrace on the 6th floor, treating us to breathtaking views of Barcelona's iconic sights. The staff's warmth and attention to detail made us feel at home, with special mentions for accommodating our room change swiftly and with a smile.The family-friendly ambiance and helpful staff set the stage for a seamless vacation. While the cooked items at breakfast could have been hotter, the bakery delights compensated. The availability of coffee, tea, and fresh apples throughout the day added an extra layer of comfort. Exe Laietana Palace Hotel became our top pick in Spain, and we can't wait to return for another enchanting stay.
